A third-generation Realtor, a new Boulder resident and the father of three young daughters, James Simpson is particularly sympathetic to the concept of Home. 'Home is not something abstract,' he says. 'It's the place we focus our lives, our security, even our future.'
Born and raised in New York, James grew up in a family that spoke the language of real estate. His grandfather, mother and aunts were all real estate professionals and talk of square footage and down payments was a regular part of dinner table conversation.
By the time James launched his own career in Hancock Park, Los Angeles, he was well versed in concepts of customer service that led to immediate and impressive sales. 'First and foremost I listen very carefully to the wants and needs of my clients and I put their wants and needs before anything else,' James explains. 'In today's busy climate, nobody has time to waste, so I listen, ask questions, and focus on meeting my clients goals.' That approach has gained James top producer awards and a committed group of appreciative repeat and referral customers.
With a toddler and two daughters in elementary school, James has a deep appreciation for the importance of community and a commitment to education. 'I'm part of this community. I represent my neighbors. My credibility is invested in every single transaction because these are the people I see day in and day out.' 'Sotheby's is a brand that speaks well to my level of professionalism, my interest in the growth of my business, and, most importantly, my ability to serve my clients. It is the partnership I've been looking for to take my business to the next level.'
